You see the reference ID, location text, extent, listing date, and real view figures when the API is live.

Inspect photos and the dossier
Photographs and a basic summary can be public. Original legal files are not.

Request documents
We review the request, then share view-only files with your email if it is appropriate.

Visit and offer
Book a site visit, then submit an offer with funding and timeline. Status may move from Available to Under offer to Sold.
